Bookings and confirmation
A booking made on this website is a reservation request. Seats are only confirmed after our team replies on WhatsApp and payment has been completed as instructed.
Payment
No card or mobile-money details are collected on this website. Payment instructions are shared by our booking desk on WhatsApp using your booking reference.
Boarding
Please arrive at the departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and carry the ID used during booking.
Luggage
Each passenger may carry one piece of hold luggage up to 20 kg plus a small cabin bag. Excess luggage is charged at the counter.
Changes and cancellations
Date or seat changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 6 hours before departure. Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is received.
Delays
Departure and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or road conditions outside our control.
